Frequently asked questions
How do I compare new cars?
Pick a brand, model and version for each car above. You can put up to three versions side by side; the table shows price, specifications and computed costs.
Where do the prices and specifications come from?
From the brands’ official Dutch price lists, RDW open data and Euro NCAP. Each price shows the price-list date; the sources are listed below.
Why is there a dash in the table?
Then the value is not confirmed in an official source. We never fill in a guess.
How are the costs in the comparison computed?
With the same rules as our tools: company-car tax per month without income, road tax per quarter as a range across provinces and electricity or fuel per 100 km at CBS prices. They are example calculations.
