The entry version costs € 36,990 (January 2026 price list); EV Update calls the entry price low for its class.

Buy it if…

  • You drive many kilometres and want an efficient electric saloon: 125 to 165 Wh/km according to RDW, depending on the version.
  • You want a long range: the Premium Long Range rear-wheel drive reaches 750 km WLTP according to RDW.

Skip it if…

  • You need to tow more than 1,000 kg: RDW lists 1,000 kg braked, and 500 kg for the Performance.
  • You want physical buttons: according to ANWB, the turn signals are buttons on the steering wheel, which is awkward on roundabouts.
  • You value strong side support from the seats: ANWB finds it limited.
  • You want a model that stays in production for a long time: EV Update (December 2025) describes the Model 3 as several years old and close to the end of its life cycle.
